EVG Enterprises is a Charlotte-based private holding company focused on acquiring and operating businesses across real estate, home services, and select adjacent sectors.

We identify businesses with strong fundamentals and room to grow, acquire them at sensible valuations, and build the operational discipline required to make them meaningfully better.
We acquire and hold properties in the Charlotte metropolitan area and surrounding markets. We take the long view. The short view has a worse track record than people admit.
We identify established businesses with strong fundamentals, acquire them at reasonable valuations, and install the systems and people required to operate them well without requiring our constant presence.
On a selective basis, we work with operators and owners navigating complex transitions. We have been on most sides of these conversations. We are honest about what we don't know.
